So I can now officially include laughter into my walks to confidence! Very good, very good, yay!!!! Clearly our walking areas will not be carpeted but there are standing options.
So many people don't know the health advantages of laughing and, even if they do, rarely laugh enough to gain the health benefits. After spending two days learning about laughing and the way it helps to increase oxygen and the release of endorphins, I can honestly say I have come away calmer and more relaxed than before, despite bad news when I arrived home.
Walking and laughing can very easily go together and we then gain maximum benefit from walking and laughing in fresh air to improve mood and aid sleep and relaxation.
So let me know if you are interested in going on a laughter walk - we can have a break if you feel your lungs are exploding or your stomach aches from too much laughing, but hopefully your stamina will improve in time! We all have to start somewhere!
